Sonotrodes
The sonotrode is a very important component in the solution of ultrasound technical applications and is at the same time a technically complex element. It is essential to have extensive knowledge of the physical operation of sonotrodes and also to know the technical needs of each application to be able to design these elements reliably.
In the manufacture of sonotrodes, an accumulated experience of more than 35 years and with a total of sonotrodes designed and built that exceeds 10,000 units supports us.
The most advanced finite element calculation programs and analysis of vibration and fatigue modes are used for the design of the sonotrodes. These tools, together with the accumulated experience, ensure the proper functioning and durability of the sonotrodes. The most used materials are titanium, aluminum and special steels.
