TECHNICAL PLASTICS AND STANDARD COMPOUNDS: Thermoplastic resins with properties superior to the most common resins, generally called commodities. This group includes plastic compounds obtained by modifying base thermoplastic resins using fillers, reinforcements or additives (fiberglass, carbon, aramid, steel, fillers such as minerals, glass microspheres and/or additives such as PTFE lubricants, silicone, graphite, molybdenum disulfide) obtaining more complex products endowed with special characteristics that the base resin did not have in terms of mechanical, thermal, chemical, electrical, and aesthetic properties.
INDUSTRIAL GRADE AND SUBSTANDARD COMPOUNDS: Resins and thermoplastic compounds that, either because they do not reach the quality standards required by the manufacturer or because they are obtained from industrial by-products, have a lower cost, but sufficient quality for less demanding applications.
RECYCLED AND REPROCESSED: Obtained by reprocessing finished products after exhaustive selection and cleaning, to obtain raw materials that, appropriately additived, can be used in the manufacture of articles of sufficient quality and performance for low-demand applications.
THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMERS: TPE from Shore A 0 to Shore D 72 with and without special loads and ranges. They are distinguished by their good properties of mechanical resistance, elasticity and the possibility of transformation together with technical or engineering plastics.
